Our Team

Deng Bul
Managing Director
Meet Mr. Deng Bul, co-founder and managing director of ABA CARE. With a passion for helping succeed, Deng works on a daily basis to oversee all activities of the business; he is responsible for the management of resources and achievement of long-term goals. Deng leads the team and implements company policies, sets direction, oversees financial management and makes key decisions.
Implementation of systems and processes that are efficient, demonstrating agility in responding to clients’ choices, and comply with risk management principles including WH&S.
Key areas of responsibility include strategy, corporate governance, client and market focus, financial sustainability, people and capability, information and knowledge management and quality management and improvement.
Deng Bul will assist with the delivery of activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of those in her care and work with a team of health professionals, family, friends and carers to implement a program of support.
Additional duties will include assisting clients during domestic activities such as eating meals and showering, providing companionship and support during daily activities including cooking and serving meals, cleaning premises, washing, ironing and performing other household tasks.
Deng Bul will also coordinate services as defined in the participant’s NDIA plan, using a strengths-based and capacity-building approach. This will include informal support, mainstream services (housing, education, health), specialist services, and NDIS-funded supports.
Provide person-centred and where appropriate family-centred support based on developing skills, competencies and resources to enable the participant and their family to promote the participant’s wellbeing and development and the family’s capacity to be self-managing.
